Checked: the creator supplies a verification contract. Funds lock only after the counterparty accepts it.

Unchecked: the job is published with no lock. It is declared, not a settlement on the rail.

This control does not submit. There is no job backend on this build. Nothing here is a live offer.

With escrow. The lock is the escrow service, created for this job. It is not a separate listing. 2 % fee at release.
Without escrow. The job stands alone. No USDC is locked.
Reputation. A verified badge counts settlements on the rail only. A job off the rail is only declared.
